Objective: 

Course objectives

This course equips students to explore the rich cultural heritage and evolutionary patterns, with a particular emphasis on the architecture and culture of proto-historic civilizations. It facilitates comparison and contrast of Chalcolithic cultures in Rajasthan, highlighting key sites like Ahar, Gilund, Balathal, and Ganeshwara. Additionally, students will familiarize themselves with emerging concepts in archaeology and its applications in India, including marine archaeology
