Save Birds Campaign

Raksha NGO started the first free Bird Treatment Camp of Jaipur in January 2006, and since then it has been constantly working to providing immediate first aid and treatment to injured birds. The team organized its free birds treatment camp in Jaipur from 13th – 15th January 2018 near Ram Niwas Garden Gate on JLN Marg.  Two students Vrinda Moolchandani,  and Nisha Nankani from the  Department of History joined this camp and rally and rescued around 22 birds including  pigeons, Sparrow, Parrot , etc. in this camp.

  

Understanding Gandhi: Interaction with Students of Hajiawala Primary Government School, Sanganer

The Department of History organized an Interaction on “Understanding Gandhi” for the Students of Primary Government School, Hajiawala Sanganer on 30-31 October, 2017.  Vrinda Moolchandani, Nisha Nankani, Soumya Saini and Nayanika Rathore talked about Gandhi with the students of class I and II.  Himanshi Rathore, Anupriya Kachhawaha, Pragati Thakur and Aastha Yadav conducted a Quiz for the students of Class III on 31st October, 2017.  The purpose of this activity was to acquaint the student with the life history of Gandhi and his role in the Indian National Movement.
