Course objectives
This course empowers students to delve into the administrative structure of the Sultanate period, particularly focusing on the military and land revenue systems. It facilitates a comparative analysis of land revenue systems between the Delhi Sultans and the Mughals, alongside an exploration of the development of the Mansabdari system during the Mughal era.
